Scope

This policy describes how SELVEH handles personal information provided through selveh.com, including information submitted through the trade enquiry form or sent directly to our business email address.

We use submitted information to assess and respond to enquiries, understand trade requirements, maintain appropriate business records, improve our trade programme and protect the website from misuse. We do not use an enquiry as confirmation of a commercial relationship, product availability or supply commitment.

The trade enquiry form is currently processed using Formspree, and website usage is measured using Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. Service providers may handle information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies and infrastructure arrangements.

Website analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how visitors reach and use selveh.com. We use this information to evaluate website traffic, content engagement and successful trade-enquiry submissions. Our custom analytics events are designed not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or enquiry text to Google Analytics.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may reduce the analytics information available to us but should not prevent you from reading the website or submitting a trade enquiry.

Disclosure and overseas processing

Because website and communications services may operate across multiple locations, information may be processed or stored outside Australia. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the stage and scale of the business to protect information we hold. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant business purpose, record keeping, dispute management or applicable legal obligations.
